Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of experience in physician marketing, customer relationship management, sales, or account management required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with referring physicians and practice staff.
• Liaises between community physicians and the organization to resolve referral concerns.
• Develops and executes strategic account plans to grow loyalty and referrals.
• Maintains physician account records in CRM.
• Coordinates meetings between physicians, specialists, and organizational reps.
• Gains knowledge of services, referral processes, and authorization requirements.
• Identifies topics for physician education with leadership and marketing.
• Coordinates program promotion, events, and reporting for education.
• Implements territory-based marketing plans and represents at conferences.
• Collaborates with marketing to develop physician communications.
• Manages territory budget and adheres to compliance.
• Gathers and reports referral, revenue, and ROI data.
• Uses CRM tools and data insights to improve processes and growth.
