Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a PDC Manager to lead customer service excellence, last‑mile delivery performance, and labor relations at a senior level. You will drive a rolling five‑year strategy, align capital planning, and ensure operating plans translate strategy into KPI trajectories.

The role requires industrial engineering acumen, capacity modeling, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to executives while managing capital and technology investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field (e.g., Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Labor, Communications, Business, Marketing).
• Minimum 10 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a distribution warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement systems and Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Experience managing day to day operations within a union environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute a detailed project plan.
• Ability to develop analysis to improve on current standard processes.
• Driven to seek solutions to improved performances.
• High sense of urgency to the customer and plant KPIs.
• Willing to work extended weekday hours and weekends across day/evening shifts, as required.
• Willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Customer service ownership and senior dealer escalation leadership.
• Last-mile delivery and carrier performance accountability.
• Labor relations leadership, grievance handling, and negotiations.
• Strategic planning, financial stewardship, and people leadership.
• AI-enabled decision leadership, analytics governance, and technology adoption oversight.
• Develop rolling five-year PDC strategy aligned to network demand and growth.
• Define the site roadmap for capacity expansion, layout evolution, and service reliability.
