Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Last Mile Delivery Manager to own performance across North America’s final-mile network. You will drive on-time delivery, manage LLPs and carriers to defined standards, and benchmark the network against best practices.

This role blends daily execution with strategic improvement and cross-functional leadership. You will lead a team of analysts and coordinators, partner with procurement, and use Power BI to track KPIs and drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, last mile delivery, or logistics operations.
• Proven track record of driving on-time performance and holding external partners accountable.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI dashboards and reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery experience across OE, aftermarket, ecommerce, and returns.
• Drive on-time performance targets and rapid root-cause resolution.
• Escalate and resolve customer-impacting service failures cross-functionally.
• Lead last mile operations across all delivery flows and coordinate with warehousing.
• Implement SLAs, carrier scorecards, and performance reviews with LLPs and carriers.
• Manage carrier scorecard process end-to-end with accountability and transparency.
• Collaborate with procurement to negotiate contracts and terms.
• Benchmark performance against industry best practices and explore innovations.
