Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for its facilities in Missouri and surrounding regions. The role requires leadership, audits, and training across multiple sites.

You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliant, timely processing, manage payroll systems, and conduct facility audits while traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-state payroll and complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, audits, time & attendance.
• Leadership experience guiding payroll teams and trainings.
• Willingness to travel regularly to facilities for audits and training.
