Qualificações

• Experience supporting payroll processing for 300+ employees.
• Experience with prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting.
• Proficient with electronic time capture and payroll systems.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems such as JDE and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to ensure SOX controls compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll on time for regional population (~300-600 employees) including temporary labor.
• Administer prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting.
• Work daily with electronic time capture and payroll program; validate time and resolve discrepancies.
• Support new hire onboarding and payroll data setup.
• Process wage changes, LOAs, and job status changes in JDE.
• Open field job postings in JobVite and coordinate with branches.
• Run MVR checks for new drivers and document results.
• Assist with benefits open enrollment.
• Submit weekly certified pay reporting to clients and monthly OCIP reporting.
• Ensure SOX compliance and provide admin backup.
