Job summary

Bybit is seeking an experienced Business Development leader to grow Bybit Card, Bybit Pay and Bybit Fiat services through affiliates, KOLs, creators and communities in a regional capacity. You’ll manage a team of Business Developers, set priorities, and drive profitable new-user growth across markets.

You’ll hire and coach BDs, establish incentives, and coordinate with Payments leadership to translate product launches into campaigns, working with internal teams on merchant and PSP opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience directly leading, hiring and developing a regional or distributed BD, affiliate or partnerships team.
• Track record of building an affiliate or partner-led growth program with incentives and processes.
• Strong knowledge of KOL, creator, affiliate and community acquisition and ROI judgement.
• Experience managing a team against acquisition, transaction-volume or revenue goals.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear team plans and adapt based on performance data.
• Commercial negotiation skills and judgment to support partnerships without derailing team performance.
• Experience in crypto, iGaming, fintech, consumer apps or affiliate-led models; existing partner networks are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and manage Business Developers across priority markets. Set clear responsibilities and targets, recognize strong performance and address gaps early.
• Decide where the team focuses its time/resources based on opportunities and priorities.
• Grow affiliate, KOL, creator and community channels and develop high-performing partnerships.
• Build repeatable affiliate plans for Card, Pay and Fiat launches with campaigns, landing pages and tracking.
• Set commission and incentive structures; ensure partner economics are sustainable.
• Establish pipeline management, account ownership, reporting and forecasting processes.
• Qualify merchant/PSP opportunities and hand off strong leads to internal teams; support strategic BD input.
