Job summary

Bybit is seeking a European remote Business Development Specialist to help expand Bybit Pay globally. You will identify markets, build partnerships with merchants and fintech providers, and steer the full BD cycle from market mapping to deal closure.

You will work with Product, Compliance, and Marketing to scale payment use cases across regions. Ideal candidates understand the KOL ecosystem, possess strong knowledge of local markets, and can drive cross-border collaborations in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the KOL and VIP ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge of the local market.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Bybit platform and products.
• Strong understanding of community dynamics.
• Knowledge of OSOP environment for Campaign 2.0 campaigns.
• Understanding of the marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

• Support market expansion for Bybit Pay across global markets.
• Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, and fintech partners.
• Drive end-to-end BD cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, and Marketing to activate scale payment use cases.
• Develop regional GTM strategies and identify high-potential payment corridors.
