Bybit is seeking a seasoned Business Development lead to drive Bybit Card, Bybit Pay and Bybit Fiat services through affiliates, KOLs and communities. You will manage a regional team of Business Developers, set priorities, and create scalable processes to turn affiliate activity into active users, transactions, and revenue.

You will hire and coach BDs, align with Payments leadership on launches, and collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Finance to remove

Competenze

• Experience leading, hiring and developing a regional or distributed BD/affiliate/partnerships team.
• Proven track record building affiliate/partner-led growth programs with incentives and processes.
• Strong knowledge of KOL, creator, affiliate and community acquisition and ROI evaluation.
• Experience managing teams against acquisition, transaction-volume or revenue goals.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear team plans and adapt based on data.

• Hire, coach and manage Business Developers across priority markets and set targets.
• Define regional focus based on opportunities and performance.
• Grow affiliate, KOL, creator and community channels and secure active partners.
• Develop repeatable affiliate plans for Card/Pay/Fiat launches with campaigns and tracking.
• Set commission/incentive structures and ensure sustainable partner economics.
• Institute pipeline management, ownership, reporting and forecasting processes.
• Identify merchant/ PSP opportunities and hand leads to internal teams.
