The role requires deep payments/fintech experience, strong market insight, and a track record of regional expansion in crypto or fintech. This is a commission-based role with no base salary and global remote work options.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in payments / fintech / PSP / acquiring / merchant growth / crypto BD.

Responsibilities

• Expand Bybit Pay across markets, build growth pipeline.
• Acquire/ manage merchants, PSPs, gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects.
• Lead end-to-end BD cycle: market mapping, lead gen, pitching, negotiations, partnerships.
