Job summary

Bybit is seeking an experienced Business Development leader to grow Bybit Card, Bybit Pay and Bybit Fiat services through affiliates, KOLs, creators, and communities. You will directly manage a regional team of Business Developers and drive profitable new-user growth, first transactions, payment volume, and revenue.

You will hire and coach Business Developers, set regional priorities and incentives, and implement processes to track results across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a regional or distributed BD/affiliate/partnerships team.
• Proven ability to build and scale affiliate-led growth programs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and manage business developers across priority markets.
• Set regional priorities, incentives and processes to track results.
• Grow affiliate, KOL, creator and community channels and develop partner relationships.
• Design repeatable affiliate plans for Card, Pay and Fiat launches with clear tracking.
• Define commission structures and ensure partner economics are sustainable.
• Establish pipeline management, ownership, reporting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, Operations, Legal and Compliance to remove blockers.
