Bayer is seeking a Director – Regional Payer Accounts for the Pacific Northwest to lead customer engagement strategies, manage regional payer and PBM relationships, and drive access and reimbursement for Bayer products. The role collaborates with Sales Leadership to optimize regional payer performance in 90-day cycles and coordinates with field, National Account, and FRM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years in Managed Markets and supervisory roles.
• Experience executing market access strategies for PBM/Payer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute Customer Strategy and Business Development.
• Deliver profitable access, policy, and reimbursement for Bayer products.
• Create strategic opportunities to drive partnerships.
• Provide insights into customer enterprise, policy, and legislation impact.
• Own regional marketing knowledge and implications for payer behavior.
• Determine strategic direction of customer engagements with Pharmacy Directors and clinical teams.
• Drive payer access across regional Payers via National PBM wins.
• Lead Mission Teams with customer squads on critical access needs.
• Coordinate across AGM, MACs, FRMs, RADs; align with payer marketing and contracting.
