Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Director Regional Payer Accounts Pacific Northwest to lead customer engagement, manage regional payer relationships, and ensure profitable access and reimbursement for Bayer products. This role collaborates with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive payer performance across geographies.

The position requires extensive experience in managed markets, leadership, and strategic thinking, with residence-based options across several western states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
• 10+ years related work experience in pharmaceutical management.
• 3+ years Managed Markets experience.
• 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute Customer Strategy and Business Development.
• Deliver profitable access and reimbursement for Bayer products.
• Create strategic business opportunities to drive partnerships.
• Provide deep insight into customer enterprise, policy, and legislation.
• Own Regional Marketing knowledge and implications.
• Drive payer access across regional Payers with National PBM wins.
• Represent Bayer at events and conferences.
