Bayer seeks an experienced Director Regional Payer Accounts Pacific Northwest to lead customer engagement strategies, manage Regional Payer and PBM relationships, and deliver profitable access and reimbursement for Bayer brands in the Pacific Northwest. The role collaborates with Sales Leadership to drive performance and coordinate with field, National Account, and FRM teams in 90-day cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical management roles.
• 3+ years Managed Markets experience.
• 3+ years leading a team or influencing others.
• Experience with market access strategies for PBM and payer accounts.
• Understanding of how payer and PBM businesses operate nationally and within the market.
• Strategic mindset to sustain competitive advantage for Bayer products.
• Ability to collaborate with regional payers to align strategies.

Responsabilités

• Execute Customer Strategy and Business Development.
• Deliver and maintain profitable access, advantageous policy, and appropriate reimbursement for Bayer products at Regional accounts.
• Create innovative strategic business opportunities to drive profitable partnerships.
• Provide deep insight into customer enterprise, policy, benefit, clinical evaluation, and legislation impact.
• Own Regional Marketing knowledge and implications for regional customer behavior.
• Determine strategic direction of customer engagements to drive product access.
• Drive payer access across regional Payers through alignment of National PBM wins.
• Create and co-lead Mission Teams with customer squads for critical access needs.
• Coordinate across AGM, MACs, FRMs, RADs to remove silos and accomplish customer strategy.
• Represent Bayer at key events/conferences and national customer forums.
