Job summary

PathGroup is seeking a Patient Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Patient Services Centers and In-office Patient Services Technicians. The role ensures safe, professional environments while supervising phlebotomists and maintaining compliance with PathGroup policies.

They will travel as required to client locations, implement SOPs, lead meetings, and manage hiring, training, and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience leading a patient services or similar team.
• Ability to coordinate multi-location staff and schedules.
• Strong understanding of SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Comfortable delivering feedback and coaching to staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise PSCs and IOPSTs to ensure on-time, accurate work.
• Travel to client locations within designated region on short notice.
• Develop and update job descriptions and performance expectations for phlebotomy staff.
• Monitor attendance, performance, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate staffing and inventory to maintain service levels and quality.
