Job summary

Firstsource Solutions is seeking a Regional Patient Advocate to screen patients on-site at hospitals for eligibility programs. You will travel within an assigned region to provide coverage and to cover for on-site representatives as needed, documenting progress and reporting to the client contact.

The role requires 1–3 years in medical billing/coding or related eligibility work, strong PC skills, and the ability to collaborate with hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill other duties per client contract.
