Job summary

Syneos Health in Dallas, TX is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as the subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage for our products. You will analyze issues, educate field teams, and coordinate with HUB/patient support and specialty pharmacy to ensure optimal patient access.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech and at least 2 years in payer, reimbursement, and related areas, with a willingness to work within territory boundaries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• At least 2 years in payer, reimbursement, medical billing and coding.
• Must live within the defined territory or territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reimbursement issues and act as local access resource for field teams.
• Educate office personnel on patient journeys and payer processes.
• Coordinate with HUB/Patient support and specialty pharmacy for benefit products.
• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, submissions, and payer coding.
• Inform payers about coverage under benefit design and changes affecting access.
