Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to drive patient access initiatives for our neuroscience portfolio in the Spokane, WA territory. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of healthcare sales experience with strong knowledge of access/reimbursement. Travel up to 30% is expected; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of the HUB to support client access initiatives.
• Provide reimbursement education to support benefits investigations and prior authorizations for neuroscience products.
• Educate on FDA, federal, and state requirements for handling controlled medications.
• Collaborate with hospitals, IDNs, and mental health providers to reach targets.
• Guide customers to HUB resources and reimbursement guidance.
