Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Patient Access Manager to drive strategic direction and ensure successful implementation of access initiatives in the assigned region.

You will lead Patient Access Specialists, coach for performance, and oversee reimbursement education and benefits investigations for neuroscience products, while ensuring compliance and strong customer focus.

This role requires 8+ years of related experience, willingness to travel up to 75%, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years in reimbursement, contract strategy, managed care sales, Part B/Medical benefit, and/or healthcare/pharmaceuticals.
• Specialty pharmacy channel experience; CMS policy and process knowledge.
• Current driver's license and ability to travel overnight up to 75%.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and performance of the Patient Access Specialists to achieve/exceed specific business goals.
• Direct Patient Access Specialists in providing reimbursement education and leveraging patient healthcare information for neuroscience products.
• Develop plans that translate and support benefits investigation and prior authorization processes for neuroscience products and administration/observation.
• Provide communication and motivation to all members of the district toward delivering customer expectations and reinforcing value.
