Amgen is seeking a Regional Lead Patient Access in Rare Disease to lead a field-based team ensuring patient access excellence. You will work with Area Sales Directors to align priorities, drive education for healthcare providers, and influence strategic direction while supporting Amgen By Your Side services.

The role requires 50-75% regional travel, a background in pharma or rare diseases, and strong leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years of Patient Access experience or
• Masters with 4 years or
• Bachelors with 6 years of Patient Access experience

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of patient access liaisons.
• Accountable for the performance, training, and compliance of the team.
• Develop metrics aligned to team and company objectives.
• Track team performance against key metrics and provide coaching.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support patient access to medications.
