Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in patient access management or healthcare administration.
• Experience leading regional healthcare operations.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient access services across the region.
• Lead and manage a regional patient access team with training and evaluations.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to remove barriers to access and improve service delivery.
