Legacy Community Health in Houston, TX is seeking a Director of Patient Access to lead, advise, and collaborate on operational initiatives impacting the patient experience. You will shape reporting infrastructure and empower teams to provide exceptional care to diverse populations.

Responsibilities include overseeing portal and self-scheduling implementations, coordinating telephony workflows, and guiding the reporting framework for agency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in healthcare.
• Desirable knowledge of training design and evaluation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on best practices to develop and manage patient access reporting interfaces.
• Oversee implementation of patient portal software and liaise with software developers.
• Support self-scheduling and telephony software initiatives and dashboards.
• Develop staffing models for Contact Center Agents and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with Quality Department and service line leadership on improvement plans.
• Establish and manage the Departmental SharePoint site.
