Heritage Tractor seeks an experienced leader to drive the Parts and Service business across a defined group of locations. You will focus on maximizing revenue, margin, profitability, and customer satisfaction in line with our financial and operational objectives.

You will coach Parts/Service Managers, lead strategic execution, and ensure we meet staffing, training, and safety requirements while continuously improving performance and customer outcomes across our locations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading Parts and/or Service operations or related management experience.
• Experience coaching teams to grow revenue in Parts/Service.
• Strong communication, computer and technology skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with peers.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach Parts/Service Managers to drive revenue and efficiencies across locations.
• Align Parts/Service operations with the Aftermarket Business Plan.
• Implement strategies and processes to satisfy customers and improve service delivery.
• Oversee recruitment and retention of aftermarket staff, ensuring staffing levels support business goals.
• Drive training, performance metrics, and administrative duties such as safety and facilities management.
