Job summary

National Grazing Lands Coalition seeks a Regional Coordinator to plan and manage events, write grants, and engage with NatGLC's community and stakeholders. You will work closely with NatGLC's Regional Directors to advance our mission of supporting grazing land stewards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, familiarity with grazing, and strong communication. It offers a remote, flexible work environment, plus stipends, retirement matching, and generous PTO, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Familiarity with the grazing industry is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with producers and partners to advance sustainable grazing practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events and field days for knowledge exchange.
• Write grants and secure funding for NatGLC programs.
• Engage with community stakeholders and NatGLC's Regional Directors.
• Coordinate regional project work streams involving diverse groups.
• Travel as needed to support field activities.
