Nofence Grazing Technology is seeking a Community Specialist to build and grow our US livestock producer community. You will connect farmers with neighbors, support events, and manage ambassador programs, working across growth, sales, marketing, customer success and product teams.

You will travel for farm visits and events, shaping in-person and online engagement while using data to guide the community strategy and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Background in grassroots organizing.
• Experience with farmers, ranchers, or rural communities.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with data.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and motivate producers in person and online.
• Plan and run grassroots events and represent Nofence at conferences.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard producer ambassadors; manage program operations.
• Track community health and provide data-driven recommendations to teams.
