Job summary

Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an Operating Partner (General Manager) to oversee all restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure staffing and training excellence. You will manage day-to-day finances, lead P&L attention, partner with area leadership on the annual budget, and guide the team toward high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years as salaried manager in full-service casual dining.
• Experience with full-service alcohol serving facility desirable.
• Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team.
• Some exposure to P&L and sales building highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee every aspect of restaurant operations.
• Ensure excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet guest needs.
• Control day-to-day operations—profit & loss, cash controls, and financial reviews.
• Work with area supervisor to develop annual operating budget and control P&L centers.
• Operate in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Directly impact interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
• Manage all shifts, scheduling, and labor planning while upholding standards.
• Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour.
• Promote safe work behaviors and maintain a clean environment.
• Meet P&L and expense goals; follow up on store action plans.
• Prepare quarterly sales projections for area supervisor approval.
