Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking a Regional Field Technician to service and implement PARCS hardware/software across Michigan and northern Indiana, providing ongoing direct support to multiple customers. Qualifications

• 3-10 years’ experience as a service technician in the Manufacturing/Security/Electronics/Parking or Transportation industry
• Experience in software/firmware environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and software products

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues, perform break-fix repairs, diagnose network problems, and manage RMAs
• Assist in project testing, solution testing, and customer approval
• Provide onsite hardware installation and support, and coordinate with installers
• Develop and maintain installation and support documentation for PARCS software/hardware
