Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking a Regional Field Technician to support PARCS hardware and software, primarily in Michigan and northern Indiana. The role involves on-site installation, commissioning, and direct customer support, with a focus on diagnosing issues across software, hardware, OS, network, and databases.

The technician will work closely with Sales Engineers and Project Managers, develop test plans, and maintain installation documentation and knowledge resources.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years’ experience as a service technician in the Manufacturing/Security/Electronics/Parking or Transportation industry.
• Experience in software/firmware environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, commissioning and support for PARCS hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot system issues including software, hardware, OS, network, and databases.
• Assist Sales Engineers with technical requirements and installation plans.
• Develop and maintain test plans to verify hardware/software performance.
• Document test results and customer engagements for contractual obligations.
