Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking a Regional Field Technician to support PARCS hardware and software across Michigan and northern Indiana. The role requires troubleshooting across software, hardware, OS, and network components, with hands-on service actions to resolve issues.

The candidate will assist Sales Engineers, manage onsite installations and testing, and develop documentation and training materials for internal and customer use. Flexibility for after-hours on-call support is required.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience as a service technician in Manufacturing/Security/Electronics/Parking or Transportation industries.
• Experience in software/firmware environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and software products.

Responsibilities

• Onsite installation, commissioning and testing of PARCS hardware and software.
• Provide ongoing onsite and remote support for multiple customers in MI and northern IN.
• Develop and oversee test plans and document results to satisfy contractual obligations.
• Create and maintain installation and support documentation; transfer knowledge to staff and customers.
