Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aggressive commission sales.
• 2 years’ experience in a sales leadership role.
• Must be available to be on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and service to customers within the region; generate revenue and gross profit per quota.
• Oversee daily supervision and development of the field sales force; include Field Clinical Representatives, Territory Managers, and Field Marketing Specialists.
• Attain sales objectives and grow regional market share; ensure marketing programs are executed and quotas met.
• Create and grow relationships with key health care providers.
• Provide regular updates to staff and senior management on market and competitive changes.
• Prepare sales forecasts and manage regional travel/expenses.
• Hire, develop, and replace sales staff; conduct PDC reviews and coaching.
• Facilitate regional and national training and surgeon workshops as needed.
• Conduct field rides and timely feedback; lead business reviews with regional team.
