Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Combined minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in leadership or people management preferred.
• Knowledge of neuromodulation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the clinical team to ensure regional alignment.
• Develop and coach clinical representatives and manage administrative risks.
• Recruit and hire top clinical candidates in partnership with HR.
• Collaborate with sales to support market growth.
