Chase Associates Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to grow the client’s business across the Southeast, focusing on food and industrial packaging markets. The role emphasizes new business development and strengthening existing customer relationships.

You will sell flexible films, bags, pouches, and rollstock, build territory plans, and collaborate with customers to tailor packaging solutions that meet their needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in flexible films or related packaging products.
• Strong knowledge of film extrusion, flexographic printing, laminations, bag & rollstock converting.
• Experience selling into food and/or industrial markets preferred.
• Proven ability to win new business and build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sell flexible films, bags, pouches, and rollstock directly to end users.
• Identify and secure new business while growing existing accounts.
• Develop territory strategies and account plans to drive profitable sales growth.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend packaging solutions.
