AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. seeks a Cargo Claim Prevention Manager to implement methods and standards to prevent cargo loss and damage, supporting service centers in OS&D mitigation across a defined region.

The role aims to improve operational efficiency and service quality while reducing claim liability. The position requires associate-level education with supervisory experience in transportation, OS&D, or claims prevention.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Transportation, Logistics or related area.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and OS&D computer related programs.

Responsabilités

• Support OS&D and claims prevention across the region to minimize losses and claims.
• Guide and train service center personnel on loading, freight handling, and bill control to reduce exposure to claims.
• Identify trends in OS&D activities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Interact with shippers and consignees to drive corrective actions.
• Assist in root-cause analysis with senior management to prevent nonconformance.
