Job summary

Passion Dental seeks an experienced Regional Manager (Ortho) to drive orthodontic operations across multiple practices within the assigned region. You will collaborate with providers and leadership to grow services, improve patient access, and ensure operational excellence in orthodontic workflows.

The role requires leading recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of teams, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring regulatory compliance while traveling to supported practices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of dental/orthodontic/healthcare or multi-site operations experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of orthodontic operations, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support orthodontist recruitment, onboarding, and integration into supported practices.
• Partner with regional and practice leadership to identify opportunities for orthodontic growth.
• Ensure consistent implementation of orthodontic standards, best practices, and workflows.
• Support training, staffing, and development of orthodontic team members.
• Monitor operational performance and key business metrics to drive results.
• Assist practices in improving patient access, scheduling, and overall patient experience.
• Provide ongoing operational support and coaching to orthodontic providers and practice teams.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, goal setting, and business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Travel throughout the region to support practices and orthodontic teams as needed.
