Job summary

Shopko Optical is seeking a results-driven regional leader to manage multiple centers across a geographic region. You will drive sales, optimize operations, and ensure excellent patient and customer experiences while aligning with corporate direction.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-unit retail management, strong coaching, and ability to lead a diverse team. You will oversee onboarding, budgeting, compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, and partner with HR to develop bench strength.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management.
• Optical Manager leadership experience preferred.
• Strong planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandise, operational, and customer service strategies to hit sales and EBITDA.
• Lead center visits to ensure service standards are met.
• Coach and develop General Managers and Optometrists.
• Oversee regional budgeting and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
