Job summary

DoorDash Labs is seeking a proactive operations professional to own day-to-day scheduling across regional sites. You will manage flexible staffing platforms, onboard new workers, keep records accurate, and ensure coverage at all times.

Travel between sites and merchant locations is expected, with focus on compliance and training excellence. You will mentor teammates, build strong partnerships with local merchants, and contribute ideas to improve processes and product experiences in the regional

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, scheduling or leading a team.
• Strong organizational habits with compliance and training records ownership.
• Able to manage a flexible workforce through staffing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day scheduling across every site in the region.
• Monitor and manage staffing platforms to fill gaps and keep the workforce pool running.
• Onboard and train new workers joining the temporary staffing network.
• Keep training and onboarding records current and audit-ready.
• Be the first point of contact for managers to flag coverage or compliance issues.
• Mentor teammates and the temporary/contract workforce.
• Build relationships with merchants and local partners.
