Job summary

DoorDash Labs is seeking an operations-focused professional to manage region-wide scheduling and staffing coverage across multiple sites. You will own training and compliance, keep records audit-ready, and step in as needed to ensure sites run smoothly and efficiently.

You will onboard and train temporary staff, monitor flexible workforce platforms, and maintain up-to-date records. Expect regional travel between sites with autonomy and ownership of processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, scheduling or leading a team.
• Comfortable managing a flexible workforce through a staffing platform tool.
• Strong organizational habits with ownership of compliance and training records.
• Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license for regional travel.
• Positive, can-do attitude with autonomy and broader ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day scheduling across every site in the region.
• Monitor and manage staffing platforms to fill coverage gaps and keep the workforce pool running smoothly.
• Onboard and train new workers joining the temporary staffing network.
• Keep training/onboarding records accurate and up to date; run regular check-ins.
