You will analyze inventory flow, implement process improvements, supervise facilities, and collaborate with leadership to drive revenue while upholding Goodwill's mission and community impact.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in progressive operations or distribution management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in retail, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison across Retail, Outlet, Recycling, Dell Reconnect, and Transportation.
• Analyze inventory flow and implement strategies to maximize availability and revenue.
• Ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs.
• Oversee exterior grounds and vendor performance for upkeep and safety.
• Partner with Loss Prevention to minimize shrink and protect assets.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven decision making.
• Coach and support department managers to execute organizational priorities.
