You will manage Area Managers, oversee budgets, and coordinate labor and resources across states to meet commitments. The role emphasizes developing leadership talent, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering safe, productive operations while controlling costs and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in utility locating, utility services, telecommunications, construction services, field operations, or a related industry.
• Experience leading multiple managers, locations, or geographic territories.
• Demonstrated success managing operational, financial, and safety performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations of a multi-state region.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Monitor productivity, service levels, quality performance, and budget expectations.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives and support company-wide strategic objectives.

• Monitor labor, overtime, vehicle, and other operating expenses.
