Job summary

Who Brew is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to provide strategic leadership across multiple regions, driving P&L performance and upholding our guest-first service standards. You will coach Regional Managers, conduct cross-region audits, and collaborate with senior leadership on multi-region growth and planning.

• Perform region-level audits and benchmark performance, sharing best practices.
