Job summary

Embergrove Hospitality is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize multiple hotel locations in a designated region. The role focuses on aligning operations with strategic goals, driving profitability, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

The position requires 7+ years in operations with leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills. MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional operational strategies across multiple locations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional operations managers and their teams.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics; identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and HR to support integrated initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards across regional ops.
• Drive continuous improvement through process analysis and innovative solutions.
• Represent the company in regional meetings and industry events.
