Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead non-clinical operations for 10–15 supported practices across GA/TN. You will partner with doctors and Office Managers to drive growth, operational excellence, and financial performance, while developing high-performing teams and elevating patient experiences.

This role requires 5+ years of multi-site leadership, travel up to 70%, and a proven track record of coaching leaders and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site operations leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Proven multi-unit leadership and growth achievement.
• Strong financial skills: budgets, forecasting, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Partner with doctors and Office Managers to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Lead non-clinical operations of 10–15 practices.
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve revenue and patient experience.
• Coach and develop Office Managers into leaders.
• Support workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and development initiatives.
• Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Lead company initiatives and best practices across the region.
• Build relationships and foster accountability and collaboration.
