Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager – in-office to lead 6-10 practices in the Newnan, GA region. You will drive growth, own full P&L, and partner with staff to implement best practices across locations.

The role includes travel to nearby offices, staff development, and close collaboration with recruitment to ensure effective hiring and onboarding processes. A strong background in healthcare or retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Management experience overseeing multiple locations in healthcare or retail.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice operations for 6-10 Aspen Dental branded practices.
• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations.
• Provide training and development to staff on business model, procedures and protocols.
• Evaluate staffing needs with talent acquisition and office managers for effective onboarding.
