Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: five years of business management experience OR associate degree with three years of business management experience OR bachelor’s degree with one year of experience.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel frequently with some overnight stays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of maturity, initiative and sound judgment.
• Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the administrative operations of 8 to 12 supported dental offices.
• Directly support dentists in growth and development, helping them set goals and address opportunities.
• Motivate team members, resolve conflicts and make difficult decisions.
• Analyze business reporting and make recommendations to meet yearly budget and EBITDA targets.
• Monitor P&L and close gaps between actual performance and projections.
• Coordinate quarterly in-practice business meetings across multiple practices.
• Hire, train and coach Practice Managers; interview and contribute to dentist selections.
