Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to partner with 10–15 practices, leading non-clinical operations, driving growth and operational excellence across the region.

The role emphasizes developing high-performing teams, optimizing financial performance, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance revenue and patient experience. Significant travel is required to support practices and execute company-wide programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site operations leadership experience.
• Up to 70% travel to support practices in the region.
• Proven track record leading multi-unit teams and driving growth.
• Strong financial acumen, budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
• Demonstrated success coaching and developing leaders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement action plans.
• Proficiency with practice management software.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with doctors and Office Managers to drive growth and performance.
• Lead non-clinical operations of 10–15 practices.
• Analyze performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and patient experience.
• Coach and develop Office Managers into leaders.
• Support workforce planning, recruiting, and retention.
• Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to solve operational challenges.
• Lead implementation of initiatives and growth strategies regionally.
• Build relationships and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
