Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to lead 8-10 Operating Company restaurants within a division. The role reports to a Regional Vice President of Operations and ensures leadership teams execute at a high level to drive profitable Same-Restaurant-Sales and Guest Count growth.

The DO coaches and develops General Managers and other leaders, while championing 100% compliance with HR, Finance, and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of Restaurant Managers and creating accountability for performance including increased sales, guest and employee satisfaction, and compliance with standards.
• Experience in supporting new restaurant growth and coaching new restaurant management teams.
• Able to execute business plans for profitable Guest Count and Same-Restaurant-Sales growth within a market.
• Able to deliver Operations Excellence.
• Able to hold crucial conversations with leadership teams about guest service and employee experiences.
• Demonstrated skill at coaching and providing feedback to developing leaders.
• Demonstrated strength in identifying and developing high potential leaders and building a diverse bench to support business growth.
• Successful operation of a high volume unit that operates with operational excellence and high levels of guest and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a market of approximately 8-10 Operating Company restaurants.
• Ensure leadership teams execute standards and processes across HR, Finance, and other functions.
• Coach and develop General Managers and Restaurant Managers; identify high-potential talent.
• Drive profitable Same-Restaurant-Sales and Guest Count growth in the market.
• Maintain a strong focus on guest service, employee experience, and overall operations excellence.
• Monitor trends and adjust operations to meet performance targets.
• Foster diversity and retention to build a strong bench for growth.
