Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead our Opiate Treatment Program across the region. You will drive the business plan, oversee multiple centers, and ensure high-quality patient care while controlling costs.

You will mentor Treatment Center Directors, coordinate nurses and counselors, monitor performance metrics, and implement CQI initiatives to improve safety and satisfaction. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10 years of relevant management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret financial data.
• Experience in outpatient MAT settings with multi-site responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of current drug abuse and opioid maintenance treatment trends.
• Proven success in building high-performing operating teams.
• Proven success driving initiatives yielding results.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to coach and manage Treatment Center Directors and Supervisors.
• Satisfactory references, background check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors and staff.
• Leads organizational change by communicating vision and gaining commitment.
• Aligns business objectives with BayMark’s strategic goals.
• Sets yearly goals and monitors progress quarterly.
• Tracks progress on defined success metrics.
• Oversees regional book of business and identifies market opportunities.
• Manages budgetary planning and cost controls.
• Partners with National Support to drive growth and quality patient care.
• Mentors leaders and develops talent within the region.
• Fosters a culture of accountability and performance management.
• Participates in strategic planning and regional policy development.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and BayMark standards.
