Job summary

BayMark Health Services seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead multi-site outpatient opioid treatment programs. You will oversee Treatment Center Directors, guide strategic planning, manage budgets, and drive profitability while maintaining high standards of patient care across the region.

The role requires a decade of management experience in outpatient MAT settings, strong financial and leadership skills, and a proven track record in coaching leaders.

Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant management experience required.
• Experience in outpatient settings with multi-site responsibility and MAT settings is required.
• Strong knowledge on current drug abuse and treatment information – opioid maintenance treatment.
• Demonstrated success in building high performing operating teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving initiatives that yield strong results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and time management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to identify and develop long-term solutions.
• Proven coaching and management of Treatment Center Directors, Clinical Supervisors and Directors.
• Satisfactory references, background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction and leadership to Treatment Center Directors (TCD) staff.
• Leads change by communicating vision and gaining staff commitment.
• Aligns business objectives to BayMark Health Services' strategic goals.
• Establishes yearly goals and assists managers with annual planning.
• Tracks progress on established success metrics.
• Oversees regional book of business and identifies market opportunities.
• Manages budgetary planning and implementation for the region.
• Partners with National Support staff to drive profitability and patient care.
• Mentors staff to ensure capability to execute strategies.
• Supports performance management and accountability culture.
