Job summary

BayMark Health Services, the largest provider of opioid treatment programs in the U.S., seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize performance of treatment centers across Ohio. You will supervise Treatment Center Directors and ensure clinical, financial, and operational success regionally.

You will lead strategic plans, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of healthcare management and operations experience.
• Experience in Medication-Assisted Treatment and/or substance use disorder treatment preferred
• Experience working in outpatient Mental Health services required
• Multisite operations experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors (TCD) staff.
• Develop and execute regional plans to meet financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across centers.
• Lead and develop leadership teams to achieve performance objectives.
• Drive patient growth, retention, and access to services within the region.
• Collaborate with National Support to drive growth and deliver quality care.
• Mentor and develop staff and manage succession planning.
