Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of management experience in healthcare
• Ability to read and interpret financial data
• Experience in outpatient settings with multi-site responsibility and MAT knowledge
• Strong knowledge on opioid treatment trends
• Proven ability to build high-performing operating teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and time management

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to Treatment Center Directors (TCD) staff
• Lead change by communicating vision and gaining staff commitment
• Aligns business objectives with BayMark’s strategic goals
• Establish yearly goals and monitor progress quarterly
• Oversee regional book of business and identify market opportunities
• Manage budgetary planning and financial outcomes
• Partner with National Support to drive growth and patient care quality
• Mentor and develop staff to sustain high performance
• Contribute to annual operating and long-term strategic planning
• Collaborate with senior leaders to set future vision and metrics
• Ensure compliance with OTP laws and BayMark standards
• Foster a culture of accountability and CQI across the region
