BayMark Health Services seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead our Opiate Treatment Program region. You will guide Treatment Center Directors, manage a diverse care team, and ensure daily clinic performance aligns with strategic goals and profitability.

Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant management experience.
• Experience in outpatient settings with multi-site responsibility and MAT settings.
• Ability to read and interpret financial data.
• Knowledge of current drug abuse and treatment information, especially Opioid Maintenance Treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors and staff.
• Leads change by communicating vision and gaining commitment.
• Aligns objectives to BayMark’s goals and tracks progress against quarterly targets.
• Manages budgetary planning and identifies market opportunities.
• Mentors leaders and supports succession planning across regions.
